Some farmers bury their ancestors in the family graveyard in the middle of the flower field. With less than 2 weeks before TET (Vietnamese Lunar New Year), the entire field is covered with flowers. Farmers grow flowers on platforms because most of the land has been appropriated from rice farms in low grounds that floods easily. Boats are used to move between platforms to water the flowers.
