Set amidst the vast Đa Mi forest forest in Lâm Đồng province, Đa Mi Lake (Hồ Đa Mi) is a serene freshwater hydroelectric reservoir offering a unique blend of natural beauty and modern innovation. Adding a striking modern dimension to this tranquil scene is the Đa Mi Floating Solar Power Plant. Inaugurated in June 2019 this facility holds the distinction of being Vietnam's first large-scale floating solar park. This innovative project utilizes 50 hectares of the lake's water surface for its vast array of 143,940 solar modules. An additional 6.65 hectares on land house supporting infrastructure, including transformer stations and transmission lines.
