Working Group No. 21 had a working trip to visit and encourage officers, soldiers and people of Truong Sa island district and DK1 Platform in 2025 (from May 11, 2025 to May 17, 2025). Working Group No. 21 was headed by Rear Admiral Le Ba Quan, Commander of Region 2, Navy. The Ho Chi Minh City delegation was headed by Comrade Pham Thanh Kien, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Council. Deputy Heads of the working group included: Major General Tran Van Trai, Deputy Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Command; Nguyen Thanh Xuan, Secretary of District 3 Party Committee; Pham Minh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. Also joining the delegation were Comrade Dang Ngoc Tung, former President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Vice Chairman of the "For Beloved Hoang Sa and Truong Sa" Club; Lieutenant General Tran Hoai Trung, former Political Commissar of the Navy, former Political Commissar of Military Region 7; with 231 delegates representing the City Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; socio-political organizations; leaders of districts, Thu Duc City; organizations, businesses, and typical individuals of the city (among the attendees were two mothers of two soldiers working in Truong Sa Special Zone). Mrs. Dao Thi Binh, 55 years old, was happy and moved to meet her son - soldier Tran Anh Tuan, 24 years old, who is working on Da Tay A island.
