Pho Hien today belongs to Hung Yen city, on the banks of the Red River, about 60 km from Hanoi. This place was once known as "the first Kinh Ky, the second Pho Hien" in the 16th - 17th centuries. Currently, there are more than 60 ancient relics such as Chuong Pagoda, Mau Temple, Xich Dang Temple of Literature... Pho Hien is a place where Vietnamese - Chinese - Japanese - Western cultures converge from the prosperous period.
