The "Autumn Moon on the Border" program in Tay Ninh in 2025 aims to honor history, provide children with a fulfilling Mid-Autumn Festival, and contribute to igniting the flame of friendship and solidarity. On September 21, 2025, gifts were given to 100 children in Hoa Hoi commune, Tay Ninh province. Of these, 60 are children of Cambodians living in the Don border region, Romeas Heak district, Svay Rieng province, Cambodia.
