Xa Tac Temple is located in a special location at the northeastern tip of the country, next to the Ka Long River, the border between Vietnam and China (in Mong Cai 2 ward, Quang Ninh province). This place has witnessed many ups and downs in history, and is the place to worship Xa Tac Dai Vuong and Cao Son Dai Vuong, Hung Nhuong Dai Vuong Tran Quoc Tang. The festival is held on January 29 - February 1 of the lunar calendar every year. In 2020, the temple was ranked as a National Monument by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Xa Tac Temple and Xa Tac Temple Festival have become a solid "milestone" affirming the national territorial sovereignty, affirming the unique features in the cultural and religious activities of the people, demonstrating the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source" of the Vietnamese people.
