The image above is a testament to the love and gratitude of the Vietnamese people towards Cuba. In the past, when Vietnam faced difficulties, Cuba provided aid and support ranging from personnel and machinery to vaccines, and declared, "For Vietnam, Cuba is ready to shed even its own blood!" Now that Cuba is facing difficulties, our country is contributing its share of resources to help Cuba. This is the first handover in the "65 Years of Friendship" program.
