The Sau Sau forest in Quang Tri is famous for its beautiful scenery, especially during the autumn foliage season, creating impressive natural landscapes. This forest is located near the Rao Quan hydroelectric power plant, in Huong Linh commune, Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri province, about 70km from the provincial capital. Tourists can follow National Highway 9 to Khe Sanh town, then turn onto the western branch of the Ho Chi Minh Highway for 5km to reach the forest. This is a new and very popular tourist destination.
