Vietnam Railways is one of the long-standing industries of Vietnam. Immediately after the success of the August Revolution, on August 28, 1945, President Ho Chi Minh officially signed the Decision to establish the Ministry of Transport and Public Works under the Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, including the Railway Department - the State Management and Operation Agency of Vietnam Railways. And from here, the Vietnam Railway System has truly become the property of the Vietnamese people.
