Every year on the 10th day of the third lunar month, the people of Thanh Oai commune (also known as Chuong village), Thanh Oai district, on the outskirts of Hanoi, enthusiastically organize their village festival. This long-standing festival is summarized in the folk song: "On the tenth day, go to Chuong market to play. Watch human chess, watch rice cooking competitions".
