A peaceful twilight descends upon the sprawling fields of Hoang Van Commune, Bac Ninh Province. Under the setting sun, brilliant golden rays pierce through the clouds, creating a shimmering and magical scene. The entire field is divided into small plots, covered in a lush green carpet of water spinach. Some plots still hold water, reflecting the sunlight and creating striking contrasts in color. This is a characteristic vegetable of the Northern Vietnamese countryside, providing the main source of income for many families here.
