Mr. Quan is a Khmer ethnic, a hard-working fisherman who has succeeded in the Blood Cockle breeding model. After spending his life at sea, after many years of struggling with many jobs such as shrimp, crab, and fish farming, he was still not effective. He studied Blood Cockle farming and unexpectedly achieved high economic efficiency. He shared his experience with the people around him to raise Blood Cockles. When many people raised the source of seeds, he went to learn how to breed Blood Cockles and succeeded. He is truly a shining example of hard work to escape poverty, helping his family and many people have a better life thanks to the Blood Cockle farming model.
