Mr. Quan is a Khmer ethnic, a hard-working fisherman who has succeeded in the Blood Cockle breeding model. He has spent his life at sea, struggling with many jobs such as raising shrimp, raising crabs, and raising fish, but they were still not effective. He studied Blood Cockle breeding and unexpectedly achieved high economic efficiency. He shared his experience with the people around him to raise Blood Cockle. When many people raised the source of seeds, it became scarce, so he went to learn how to breed Blood Cockle and succeeded. He is truly a shining example of hard work to escape poverty, helping his family and many people have a prosperous life thanks to the Blood Cockle farming model.
