The atmosphere at Bach Dang wharf that day was bustling and brilliant. Everyone - from children, elderly people to tourists - were radiant, eagerly waiting for the record-setting Drone performance. I took the photo at that moment - a Saigon that was happy, alive, and proud. For me, that is "Happy Vietnam" - the happiness of being part of the flow of history, and preserving it through a frame."
