Although the construction was carried out in difficult weather conditions due to storms and floods, the construction units mobilized maximum means and human resources to speed up the progress, so the bridge was soon completed and put into use. Cua Viet Bridge put into use created favorable conditions for people in the coastal areas of Gio Linh and Trieu Phong districts who have been traveling by boat for generations, making it convenient for daily life and socio-economic development.
