The photo was taken on the rehearsal day of August 30th at Trang Tien, Hanoi. I chose this intersection because there was a building hanging a very large picture of Uncle Ho. The moment the soldiers marched through the intersection, the song "Uncle Ho marched with us" echoed in my head. Uncle Ho was there as if witnessing everything and sharing joy with us on this great day of the nation.
