Water Procession Ceremony at Trang An Festival. Trang An Festival, also known as Saint Quy Minh Dai Vuong Festival, is held at Trang An Eco-tourism Area. The festival is a unique cultural beauty in the heritage area, expressing the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" and showing gratitude to Saint Quy Minh Dai Vuong - one of the three canonized generals - who had the merit of defending Son Nam pass, defeating enemies and protecting the country under the reign of the 18th Hung King.
