On the morning of May 19th, at Ho Chi Minh Square in Vinh City, Nghe An Province, a flag-raising ceremony and the raising of the national flag took place to commemorate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth. The flag, measuring 2,025 square meters, was hoisted in a solemn atmosphere, expressing profound respect and gratitude towards Uncle Ho.
