Veteran Bui Xuan Tinh (Huong Khe - Ha Tinh) happily gazes at the peaceful country alongside the younger generation during the parade on April 30, 2025. He was a soldier in Regiment 266, Battalion 8, Division 341, directly participating in the Ho Chi Minh Campaign in 1975. He later participated in the Southwestern Border Campaign and lost an arm in 1976.
