The Red Cotton Flower Festival is usually held during the blooming season, around March - April every year, when the Red Cotton trees bloom with brilliant red color in many areas and especially in Tam Son commune (now Nhan Hoa commune) where the Red Cotton Flower Festival takes place, attracting a large number of ethnic minorities, Kinh people and tourists who come to attend very happily and friendly.
