Nam Nui Danh ginseng is a precious medicinal herb, considered a "royal product" since the Nguyen Dynasty (it is said that thanks to this ginseng, the eyes of King Tu Duc's mother were cured). Ginseng is grown in the area at the foot of Danh mountain, Phuc Hoa commune, Bac Ninh province. Studies show that the Saponin content in Nam Nui Danh ginseng is very high, equivalent to Korean ginseng and second only to Ngoc Linh ginseng. All parts of the plant (root, leaves, stem, flower) are valuable. Fresh ginseng flowers after harvest will be dried to make ginseng flower tea, a product with a sweet, aromatic, cool flavor and very good for health. Dried ginseng flowers (ginseng flower tea) are a product of high economic value, certified OCOP by Bac Ninh province.
