On September 27, 2025, Binh Minh Ward Youth Union coordinated with the Department of Culture and Society and the Binh Minh Ward Public Service Center to organize a festival night "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival - Lanterns light up dreams" with many exciting and meaningful activities: playing, drawing contest, watching lion dances... The organizing committee handed over 150 meaningful Mid-Autumn gifts to disabled children, children in difficult circumstances and children of civil servants and workers in the area. Pham Hai Nam (with a congenital disability since childhood), 10 years old, studying in grade 4B at Le Van Tam Primary School, residing in Binh Trung quarter, Binh Minh ward, happily received the ward's Mid-Autumn gifts on this night.
