On September 12, 2024, the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Ninh Dien Border Guard Station Youth Union, the Ninh Dien Border Youth Village Management Board and sponsors: Tan Nhien Company Limited, Tay Ninh Ford and Tuong Vi Milk Dealer to organize the program "Mid-Autumn Festival for Children - Lanterns light up dreams"; distribute lanterns and cakes to children at the Cultural House of the Ninh Dien Commune Youth Village, Tay Ninh Province, then light lanterns and walk along the border for a while.
