On September 12, 2024, the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with the Ninh Dien Border Guard Station Youth Union, the Ninh Dien Border Youth Settlement Village Management Board, and sponsors Tan Nhien Co., Ltd., Tay Ninh Ford, and Tuong Vi Milk Agency, organized the program "Mid-Autumn Festival for Children - Lanterns Lighting Up Dreams"; distributing lanterns and gifts to children at the Cultural House of the Ninh Dien Border Youth Settlement Village, Tay Ninh province, and then lighting lanterns and parading along a section of the border.
