The photo was taken on the day of handing over new houses to people who lost their homes due to natural disasters in Muong Pon commune, Dien Bien province. For more than a month, soldiers of the Provincial Military Command have worked with the people to build new houses to help people in the disaster area stabilize their lives soon. The photo also shows the child's affection for the soldier, which comes from the heart, love and cannot be forced.
