Passing by the Den Lu area, I saw a group of yellow shirts bobbing on the sidewalk, and approaching them was a group of young volunteers "cutting hair for free" on the street. The group consisted of many men and women who knew how to cut hair, forming a group of free street haircuts. This is a voluntary activity with high humanity, imbued with the new culture of Hanoi.
