If I had to find a peaceful place with a beauty that is both magnificent and wild, peaceful, I would probably go to Ao Ba Om. The square pond with clear blue water and lotus buds and water lilies floating in the middle of a forest of hundreds of years old trees creates a quiet scene for Tra Vinh people to come and walk and breathe fresh air after a long tiring day. Besides those peaceful moments, Ao Ba Om is also bustling with the Ok Om Bok festival on the full moon of October every year. All of these have created an unforgettable impression in the hearts of every child far away from home as well as urging tourists to visit. Come to my hometown Tra Vinh to admire the rustic yet profound beauty of Ao Ba Om.
