The 2023 Ro Pagoda Bull Racing Festival, also known as the "9th Ro Pagoda Bull Racing Festival - Celebrating Sen Dolta", will be held on September 24, 2023 in An Cu commune, Tinh Bien town, An Giang. This event attracts 26 pairs of bulls to compete to celebrate Sen Dolta of the Khmer ethnic group, while creating a joyful atmosphere, solidarity between ethnic groups and attracting a large number of people and tourists to watch.
