A memorable moment occurred in the Round of 16 of the National U9 Football Tournament when Coach Luu Ngoc Hung (U9 Ban Me Ngoc Hung team) ran to hug and comfort player Dai Duong (U9 Gia Bao Hai Duong team) for a long time. Just seconds before, the boy had missed the final penalty kick, causing U9 Gia Bao Hai Duong to lose to U9 Ban Me Ngoc Hung. The image of a tall, experienced man embracing a small boy who was sobbing uncontrollably moved many spectators.
