Tho Ha village festival takes place on the 20th - 22nd of the first lunar month every year at the village's historical and cultural relics such as the communal house, pagoda and Tho Ha temple. Although held annually, every two years on even-numbered years, the festival will be held on a larger scale with many solemn rituals.
