The Mai Bang Temple Festival is held annually at the beginning of spring by the residents of Cua Lo coastal area, praying for favorable weather and a bountiful fishing season to support their livelihoods. The festival is celebrated solemnly, consisting of a ceremonial part at the temple and a festive part on both the sea and the shore.
