I am a disabled girl who was fortunate to be born and raised in the S-shaped land. In these eyes, there is not only national pride expressed through the red flag with yellow star but also the joy and peace of a full life. Thanks to the humane policies and the care of the Party and the State, I have enjoyed full social benefits, have a peaceful, independent and happy life. This photo is an affirmation of Vietnamese Happiness, happiness that comes from the protection of the community, fairness in policies, and the strong vitality of a Vietnamese person.
