Every time Tet comes, the Children's Cultural House (formerly Binh Thuan) organizes a Tet painting contest for children. The purpose is to develop their talents and create a joyful atmosphere for them in the days before Tet. At the contest, everyone follows the rules of wearing ao dai, a very traditional and lovely costume.
