Each year, the banyan trees in my village shed their old leaves and sprout new ones. That's also when the children of my village happily run across the vast green fields, enveloped in a hazy mist. And so, each of us grew up in our mothers' embrace, through each season of new leaves, a simple yet boundless, expansive life that ignited a spark of hope in every child of my village.
