Mui Ne Fishing Village, located along the stunning Vietnamese coastline about 25 kilometers from Phan Thiet, offers a fascinating look into the lives of local fishermen. Fishermen clean, marinate, and then lay out their catch on large drying racks. Made of wooden frames with tight nets, these racks are where the seafood is left to sun-dry. In sunny weather, this process takes two to four days, resulting in naturally preserved seafood that retains the full flavor of the sea.
