I took this photo with a film camera, so I was able to capture the peaceful and ancient beauty of a corner of Hue in July. With the nostalgic and quiet quality of the film, the scene becomes more romantic. The Perfume River appears like a smooth, deep blue silk strip, reflecting the gentle afternoon sky. Different from the hustle and bustle of the city, there is only the tranquility of nature here. The green hills stretch to the top, embracing the river and the small, pretty houses. The appearance of a church with outstanding architecture among the green of the trees and leaves is not only a visual highlight but also evokes the story of the simple cultural and spiritual life of the people here. In the near future, the pine branches and leafy trees seem to frame the picture, creating the feeling that we are standing still and watching a moment of absolute peace in the land of the Ancient Capital.
