Sunrise at the 'dinosaur's spine'

The Dinosaur's Backbone has a rather unique topography; the mountain ridge slopes directly towards the valley between the two communes of Ta Xua and Hang Dong. Seen from afar, the mountain resembles the spine of a sleeping dinosaur. Early in the morning, as the horizon glows red, groups of tourists ride their motorbikes along the ridge, creating winding trails of light. It's a truly fascinating sight.
