Thanh Toan tiled bridge is a wooden arch bridge with a tiled roof spanning a canal in Thanh Thuy Chanh village, Thuy Thanh commune, Huong Thuy town, Hue city. This wooden bridge is considered one of the rarest and most artistically valuable ancient bridges in Vietnam.[1][2] The bridge was recognized as a National Cultural Heritage site by the Ministry of Culture according to Decision No. 575QD/VH dated July 14, 1990. At each Hue Festival, a procession of the ancestral tablet of Mrs. Tran Thi Dao is held in Thuy Thanh commune. This procession is the opening ceremony for the opening day of the "Rural Market Festival", one of the cultural and tourism programs within the framework of the Hue Festival. During festivals, such as the Hue Festival, the poetry night "Who Returns to the Tiled Bridge..." features poems about the tiled bridge and the homeland, along with a village fair (Village Market Festival) held in the tiled bridge area, offering local specialties, affordable food, and items from 50 years ago, along with folk games and traditional boat races.
