Lung Ngoc Hoang Nature Reserve is known as the “green lung” of the Mekong Delta, protecting an extremely rich ecosystem. The name “lung” means lowland, and Lung Ngoc Hoang is the flooded lowland of the sky. This reserve has more than 330 species of plants, many of which are rare and listed in the Vietnam Red Book.
