Xuan Hoa commune (formerly Xuan Hung), Dong Nai province, is home to a large Cham community. Therefore, since 2006, a mosque has been built there to serve the religious and cultural needs of the people. The mosque, named Masjid Nourul Ehsaan, is considered the second largest mosque in Vietnam, after the mosque in An Giang.
