Xuan Hoa Commune (formerly Xuan Hung), Dong Nai Province is home to many Cham communities, so since 2006, a mosque has been built to serve the religious and cultural needs of the people. The mosque, called Masjid Nourul Ehsaan, is considered the second largest mosque in Vietnam, after the mosque in An Giang.
