Lời giới thiệu: Sa Ðéc flower village (Đồng Tháp Province) is the floral capital of Mekong Delta, Vietnam. Farmers have been growing flowers in Sa Dec for more than 100 years. Farmers grow flowers on platforms built above water. Most of the land has been appropriated from rice farms in low grounds that floods easily. Farmers will use small boats to take care of the flowers.
