Lời giới thiệu: A common sight in Long Hải town, Bà Rịa-Vũng Tàu province, is the traditional method of fish drying taking place on residents’ rooftops. This process can take anywhere from two to four days, though the rainy season can significantly extend this duration. To prepare the fish for drying, locals remove the heads and tails before cutting the remaining fish in half. The fish are then thoroughly cleaned with seawater to maintain freshness. The prepared fish are laid out on wooden racks covered with fine nets and left to dry in the sun.
